The Race – http://teachingthem.com/2009/02/06/the-race/ (this is about throwing off all the things that weigh us down)
Red Light – Green Light – http://teachingthem.com/2010/09/13/game-red-light-green-light/ (this is more of an icebreaker)

I’ve had good success with both. For The Race, you will need some suitcases or backpacks, maybe some extra clothing, some heavy things to put in the bags, etc. and a place for the kids to run. Red Light – Green Light doesn’t require any materials.

Our text is Hebrews 12:1-2. Do you have any lesson plans that incorporate that verse? I’ve browsed through some or your plans but couldn’t find anything for that verse…or that could be adapted.
